How were ordinary people faring in the past?<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Thus, historical studies became my great passion.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">During my studies at Hanover University, I attained profound knowledge of the techniques and skills necessary for the qualified scientific work as a historian. My outstanding academic degree (Magister Artium, \u201esehr gut\u201c comparable to Master of Arts, &#8220;A&#8221;) is proof of these abilities.<\/li>\n<li>My foreign languages are English and Russian.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">For about 20 years, I have been researching the history of my widely ramified family. I am conscientiously managing our family archive. That is how I gained the essential experience for my work as a genealogist.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">I am a member of the following genealogical associations: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.compgen.de\">Verein f\u00fcr Computergenealogie (CompGen)<\/a> (=Association for Computer-Genealogy), <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vffow.de\">Verein f\u00fcr Familienforschung in Ost- und Westpreu\u00dfen (VFFOW)<\/a> (Association for Genealogy in East and West Prussia) and of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bs-gv.de\">Braunschweigischer Geschichtsverein<\/a> (Association for the History of\u00a0 Brunswick Land).<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">I have special expertise for these regions: <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Brunswick_Land\">Brunswick Land<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Eichsfeld\">Eichsfeld<\/a> (the region in the south of Lower Saxony and northwest of Thuringia), former West Prussia and the city of Berlin. Other specialized subjects are German soldiers in World War I and II, emigration to America and internal migration in 19th century Germany.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">My qualifications are prerequisite for my concept of high-quality scientific work and reliable service.
